PFL is a functionality found on every audio mixing console and means “pre-fade-listening”.
Listening carefully to the wishes and needs beforehand is an important aspect in the preparation and an important step in “unburdening” our clients. Together with an eye for quality and flexibility, it forms the basis for a successful event.
Thanks to our 25-year existence and a relentless eye for perfection, PFL grew to become a leading company within the audiovisual sector in Belgium and far beyond….
PFL efficiently responds to constantly increasing demand and successfully completes more than 1,500 assignments annually.
PFL Academy
PFL began launching PFL Academy in early 2020.
Within this training platform, we aim to train and develop our employees throughout their careers.
“Because of the tight labor market in recent years, PFL works with many young, committed employees for whom there was no appropriate training plan in the market,” Dominic De Gruyter knows.
“Within the PFL academy, we can give these young employees an opportunity in a custom-written training plan.” In the coming years, we will offer the opportunity to give this additional attention, through our own E-learnings and with practical assignments.
