PFL Academy
PFL began launching PFL Academy in early 2020.
Within this training platform, we aim to train and develop our employees throughout their careers.
“Because of the tight labor market in recent years, PFL works with many young, committed employees for whom there was no appropriate training plan in the market,” Dominic De Gruyter knows.
“Within the PFL academy, we can give these young employees an opportunity in a custom-written training plan.” In the coming years, we will offer the opportunity to give this additional attention, through our own E-learnings and with practical assignments.
